Digital Collectibles

Ovols NFTs are digital collectibles that exist on the Solana blockchain. When you purchase or receive an Ovol NFT, you own the underlying NFT completely. This means you have the right to sell, trade, or transfer the NFT.

Ownership of an Ovol NFT does not grant you ownership of the underlying intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrights associated with the Ovols brand, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

Evolution Feature

The evolution feature allows holders of Genesis Ovol NFTs to transform their NFTs into new versions. By using the evolution feature, you acknowledge that:

• Evolution is a one-way process and may be irreversible depending on the specific mechanics
• You must connect a compatible Solana wallet to participate
• All transactions require your explicit approval within your wallet
• Blockchain transactions may incur network fees (gas fees)
• We are not responsible for any loss resulting from user error or wallet mismanagement

Wallet Connection

To access certain features of the Site, you may need to connect a Solana-compatible wallet. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• All activities that occur through your connected wallet
• Ensuring you are connecting to the legitimate Ovols website
• Verifying all transaction details before approval

We will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys. Never share these with anyone.

No Financial Advice

Ovols is a digital collectibles project. Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. NFTs are speculative assets and their value can fluctuate significantly.

You should conduct your own research and consult with qualified professionals before making any decisions related to digital assets. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Risks

By using this Site and interacting with Ovols NFTs, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:
